The calculator uses the following formula:
- Volume (ml) = Length (m) × 1000 × Width (mm) × Depth (mm) × Beads ÷ 1000
- Tubes Needed = Total Volume ÷ Tube Volume

How do I calculate the volume of sealant needed?
Multiply the joint length (in meters) by the width and depth (in mm) to get the volume in mm³, then convert to ml. The calculator does this automatically.
How many tubes of sealant do I need?
Divide the total volume required by the volume per tube (usually 300 ml). Always round up and order an extra tube for safety.
What is a typical joint size for sealant?
Common joints are 6-12 mm wide and 6-12 mm deep, but always follow manufacturer recommendations for your application.
